I live right up the road and love the wheel, despite its touristy tackiness. I've done VIP and it's literally one glass of champagne and a "glass floor" which is all scratched from wear. The t-shirt is ugly with bad graphics. The views from the normal carriage are much better. No need to do VIP. Granted, I only visit on "off" times so not sure if this holds true during the busiest times. But I have never had to share a carriage with another group etc. That being said, they have great views of the city and the sound, and I am happy to contribute money towards it's staff, maintenance and cleanliness.
Hello! just wondering if the vip tickets gets you the gondola to yourself or if you have to share with strangers that are also vip? Thank you if you can clarify this!
