Love hiking in this area. Be sure you wear appropriate shoes and have enough water. It is not easy to climb at Seneca Rocks when the weather is hot. Definitely not for toddlers. Full review by chatterer78

How do you get to Faux cave or cave hope from Seneca Rocks Discovery center?
A:
We may be talking about different areas - but the cave the people tend to use for climbing etc is on the South End, visible from the road on the walk in.

Does this park close after dark?
A:
Sort of. Often climbers with headlamps can be seen, and the main parking areas remain open for use.

Down below Seneca Rocks can you still swim in the swimming hole? It has been a few years since we have been there.

There's a useful site which mentions licensing requirements, and had the most detail: uavcoach. Of course in Federal parks, typically you need special permits for drones, but this is a state park. Personally I find drones far more annoying than loud music when out hiking or climbing admittedly the pictures are fantastic and safer.
