The Trump administration is reportedly considering three different courses of action to mitigate the fallout from its handling of the Epstein files as it continues to face a revolt from its MAGA base.

President Donald Trump’s strategy has been to downplay the uproar over the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case as his supporters demand the Justice Department release much-hyped records in the investigation.

During the exchange, Trump again pivoted to familiar talking points, suggesting the files were fabricated by political enemies such as Barack Obama, James Comey, and Joe Biden, and lumping them in with past investigations he has labeled as hoaxes.
