A viral claim says escaped inmate Derrick Groves changed his appearance, citing police, but there's no proof NOPD released the altered mugshots shown.

Derrick Groves, the final escapee, has been convicted of two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder, and he has pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter in separate cases.

Experts say recently recaptured Orleans Justice Center escapee Antoine Massey could be in talks with authorities after his arrest last Friday. Massey was the ninth of 10 men to be recaptured after their May 16 escape from the New Orleans jail.
