MIAMI GARDENS — Former Miami Dolphins safety DeShon Elliott said the Dolphins were " soft as f--- " last season. Elliott now plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers. The comments were made on " The Punch Line Podcast " in Baltimore. "The majority of the team there was not mentally tough individuals," Elliott said of the Dolphins.
Those comments reached Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel, who was asked about them when speaking to reporters Wednesday.
