For the first time with a quarterback not named Tom Brady, the Patriots (9-2) have won eight straight games. And they seem to have another star quarterback -- and an emerging sidekick -- on their hands. Drake Maye played another strong game, TreVeyon Henderson scored three touchdowns, and New England cruised past the Jets, 27-14.

The Jets lost to the Patriots 27-14 on "Thursday Night Football" despite leading 7-0 after the conclusion of the first quarter due to a solid performance from running back Breece Hall. The Jets struggled with their passing game and once again, New York did not make much happen through the air and it ultimately led to them suffering a defeat.

All of that will be made easier if the Jets help take care of business tonight. But a Patriots loss won’t be enough, as the Bills cannot afford to lose a game before their Week 15 rematch in New England.
