Phoenix police were investigating the shooting death of 20-year-old Said Abdikadir along with another injured the night before his body was found.

Phoenix police say they were called to the scene near Union Hills Drive and Central Avenue around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Police said the man, who was not identified, drove into the two police cruisers during an attempted traffic stop. The man then got out of his vehicle, leaving a woman inside, and ran from officers, according to police. Officers found the man and arrested him at around 2:55 p.m. Wednesday.
