United Airlines has filed a master plan with the City of Denver, indicating potential plans to build over 1 million square feet of office space.

The intriguing element is that in its infrastructure plan, United Airlines outlined the potential to develop five office buildings, at least two parking structures and common space for uses like a food hall, meeting rooms, fitness center and a 50,000-square-foot conference center. United spokesperson Pat Mullane told WGN Investigates:

In a new filing with the City of Denver, United said it may eventually build more than 1 million square feet of office space to accommodate more than 6,000 employees on land it purchased in 2023 near the Denver airport.
