A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that the gutting of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) by Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was unconstitutional and blocked the department from making further cuts.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of a group of more than two dozen unnamed former and current USAID employees and contractors.
