Georgia Bulldogs star safety Dan Jackson is getting his fairytale ending after all. Jackson, who was snubbed from the NFL Combine back in February, ended up going 230th overall to the Detroit Lions in Round 7 of the 2025 NFL Draft.

In three seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs, edge rusher Mykel Williams established himself as a potential-laden player who possesses a high level of athleticism and plays with lots of physicality. He declared himself eligible for the NFL draft months ago, and on Thursday, he was taken with the No. 11 pick by the San Francisco 49ers.
