By Alan Baldwin LONDON (Reuters) -McLaren expect Oscar Piastri to turn British Grand Prix hurt to his advantage as the Formula One title battle with teammate Lando Norris gets increasingly intense and rivals are left trailing.

An exciting and dramatic British Grand Prix saw McLaren star Lando Norris claim his first home win ahead of teammate Piastri and Kick Sauber's Nico Hulkenberg, who finally ended his long-running record as the F1 driver with most races without a podium finish.

Overlooked in the wash up to the rollercoaster British Grand Prix was a huge admission that came from Oscar Piastri’s garage. For once it wasn’t going to be the Australian who got screwed over.
