Anaheim Ducks centre Trevor Zegras is expected to return to the ice Tuesday against the Florida Panthers after recovering from surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.

The futility of the Ducks’ power play was again on display in Florida, where the Panthers’ leading scorer Sam Reinhart was given a game misconduct and a major penalty for kneeing Isac Lundeström. The Ducks’ inability to finish with the five-minute man advantage –– or at all ––was on prominent display once more.

The Pens were fresh off a big 5-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings on Monday but had only won three of their last 13 entering this game.
