A 19-year-old woman who was shot multiple times​ in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood earlier this month has died, according to police.

A 19-year-old woman shot late last month died from her injuries, Baltimore police said. City police said officers were called around 3:43 a.m. on Oct. 27 to the unit block of West Hamburg Street near Federal Hill, where the woman was found shot. She died at a hospital on Thursday, police said on Friday.

Cameran Holt, 19, died of her injuries Thursday evening after being wounded in an Oct. 27 shooting in Federal Hill, Police said.

A man and woman were injured in a shooting near Baltimore's South Clifton Park neighborhood, according to Baltimore police.
