Mt. Rose has made a habit of being the first ski area open each season in the Lake Tahoe region, and it doesn't seem like they intend to stop anytime soon. With that in mind, and as long as I'm still living in this area, you can bet I'll be at Mt. Rose for opening day to kick-off each season. Need I say more?
