Two vehicles sunk under the water during Cedar Lake's ice races Sunday.

Bomb the wall next to the open cave (Fairy Fountain) and cross the walkway to get to a secret room with the Ice Rod. The cave is connected to the Lake Hylia Fairy Fountain.
