In the wake of multiple wildfires that have torched tens of thousands of acres of Los Angeles County, local firefighters and first responders have received support from across the world.

Jan. 27 A new wildfire was reported today at 9:04 a.m. in Los Angeles County. The wildfire has been burning on private land. Currently, there is no data on the containment status of the fire and the cause has yet to be determined.

Rain has finally returned to wildfire-scorched Los Angeles — but now officials are warning flooding and landslides could wreak more chaos on the battered city along its “burn scars.” The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for the area from 4 p.
