A federal judge in Boston Wednesday is allowing the Trump administration to move forward with its federal worker buyout program for the moment.

A federal judge declined to further pause Trump’s buyout program deadline, rejecting a call from several labor groups suing to block the program.

The order reinstates the program that offered federal workers eight months of pay and benefits if they voluntarily resigned.
