MIAMI (AP) - Tropical Storm Chantal made landfall overnight Sunday in Litchfield Beach, South Carolina, WMBF reports. The storm is forecasted to bring heavy rains to parts of the Carolinas. Tropical storm warnings were issued for portions of the two states, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.
