Feb 8, 2015 · This is a 1983-P quarter with the spitting eagle error along with the other visible issues you see. What shoul this quarter weigh?

Jan 19, 2013 · Try finding a 1983 Off Center Quarter, it is one of the easiest dates to find off center ..... Kinda funny that High Grade 1983 Quarters are rare but 1983 Off Center Quarters are plentiful.
