The premises of Halendy Garage in Mostyn, formerly used by the bus and coach operator Alun Andrew, was acquired and an Operators licence was applied for by a newly formed company Go Goodwins Clwyd Limited which has the sole director of Louis Goodwin.

Apr 11, 2024 · The current proprietors of the business John Barry Jones and Gwyn Jones are the sons of Elias Jones who started a bus business in 1968. This business was initially involved in school contracts and private hire work using mini buses.

The company operates a private hire service utilising distinctive cream liveried coaches. Recently the luxury coach fleet has been mainly Merecedes Tourismos and new vehicles are often added to the fleet. These luxury coaches are frequently utilised on various holiday tours on behalf of national travel companies such as Alfa Travel.

In 2002, Arriva Cymru merged with Arriva North West and formed what was called Arriva North West and Wales. Arriva North West was the successor company to the southern part of Ribble and also MTL Trust Holdings, which had been formed to operate the former Merseyside Transport (PTE) bus operation.

A further commercial Warrington area service to Dallam was also later commenced and the buses involved became three and at first interworked the two services. Two new Optare MetroCity buses were acquired in early 2015 to operate the service. GHA withdrew from this 'bus war' with Warrington Buses in early 2016.
