Dennis Lynn Heck (born July 29, 1952) is an American politician serving as the 17th lieutenant governor of Washington, since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as the U.S. representative for Washington's 10th congressional district from 2013 to 2021 and as a state representative from 1977 to 1985.

The Lieutenant Governor of Washington is an elected constitutional officer, the second ranking officer of the executive branch and the first officer in line to succeed the Governor of Washington. The lieutenant governor is popularly elected every four years by a plurality and has no term limit.
