In Part 2 of our look inside the upcoming USS Bullhead exhibit, we’re sharing a story that hits close to home. This jacket belonged to Commander Walter Griffith, Bullhead’s first commanding officer. Its patch, preserved for nearly 80 years, was mailed home by his successor, Lt. Cmdr. Holt, before Bullhead’s final patrol.
